License Requirement 
All team members must be licensed in:
  • Property
  • Casualty
  • Life
  • Health
OR be able to obtain the required licensing. Must have P&C and then obtain Life & Health within 60 days of hire.

What You’ll Do

You’ll handle daily service activity for customer accounts and support sales growth. Key responsibilities include:

Customer Account Service
  • Perform daily service tasks for existing policyholders
  • Assist with policy changes and underwriting needs
  • Support billing needs and account-related requests
  • Ensure customer requests are handled accurately and efficiently
Sales & Growth
  • Cross-sell appropriate products based on customer needs
  • Prospect within the agency’s book of business to identify opportunities
  • Help expand existing relationships through proactive outreach
  • Pivot and recommend suitable coverage options to meet changing customer needs
Goal Achievement
  • Work toward personal production goals
  • Contribute to team agency goals
  • Maintain a consistent, results-driven workflow
Requirements
  • Insurance experience strongly preferred (agency/brokerage or similar role)
  • Strong communication skills and customer-focused service
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Comfort with phone/email outreach and follow-up
  • Sales motivation with a genuine desire to help people
  • Required licenses (or ability to obtain them)

  • Base salary: dependent upon experience
